CARETAKER WANTED!
We are immediately seeking a caretaker for an apartment on Theemsdreef in Overvecht. The owner/residents stays temporary abroad this year, meaning you will have access to 2 rooms of the 4-room apartment. You will, in principle, share the bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, and hallway with the owner for some months in the coming year.
You will find this apartment on Theemsdreef just a few dozen meters' walk from the Overvecht shopping center. A bus stop is around the corner; the bus takes you to the city center and Central Station in 10 minutes. Parking is currently still free right in front of the building.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the apartment complex. The elevator takes you to the landing, which you share with only one other apartment.
Layout:
Entrance: hallway, with the kitchen on the right featuring (built-in) appliances, such as a 4-burner gas stove, built-in fridge-freezer, oven, and microwave. The kitchen counter provides plenty of workspace.
Straight ahead, you walk to the bathroom with a shower cabin, washbasin with vanity unit, and a separate toilet. You may use the washing machine and dryer.
To the right are 2 bedrooms of approximately 10m² each, which are available to the tenant.

- Available for one person, preferably working
- Rent of €750, including service charges and utility usage fee
- Deposit amounts to €937.46, equal to 2 months' basic rent
